The location of the hotel is convenient - just down the hill from the main square and directly on the ocean. the beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. the breakfast buffet had some options including breads, fruit, and eggs. the lobby and restaurant area had some beautiful carvings to admire.

The rooms were too small and cramped with little space to move around.

Good Location, Great Views, Comfortable beds! the location was great, close to everything in the city center. the views from the hotel were breathtaking, a perfect spot for selfies. the beds were comfortable, and we slept really well.

Dirty Rooms, Inefficient check-in process, and Overpriced laundry service Unfortunately, the rooms were dirty, and the carpets had not been cleaned for a long time. We had a hard time checking-in because of the inefficiency of the staff.

The service, staff, cleanliness, and beautiful premises were fantastic. The food at both breakfast and dinner was exquisite. I will definitely stay here again when I travel to Chiloe.

This hotel had a great location, offering beautiful views of the water and conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast selection was one of the best we experienced during our trip, including healthy options such as yogurt and eggs.

The rooms were quite basic and outdated, lacking amenities such as a hairdryer. The carpets in the hallway and rooms were also in need of a deep cleaning.
